Our History

Created with the vision of a U.K. and U.S. service, delivered by accountants who are not only expert, but who are able to break a clients taxes down into a simple and personal process free-from the rigidity and intimidating jargon.

In 2010, we opened our first office in the heart of Covent Garden, London. Our second office opened in Manhattan, New York in 2015, followed by a third office in Beverly Hills, California in 2018.

By 2015, we had received multiple awards for our expertise in the U.S. and U.K. tax field, with recognition in the press for our bespoke approach to understanding our clients taxes

In 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 Spears recognized Bambridge Accountants as a recommended accountant for High Net Worth and Trust Tax advisory.

In 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 we were listed in the Financial Times as one of the fastest growing companies in Europe and the Americas.

In 2021, we became authorized as one of the few independent firms worldwide that can submit U.S. tax returns electronically.
