On behalf of Bambridge Accountants we would like to thank all of our clients who participated in our recent Client Services survey. Over 100 of you completed the survey which was a fantastic result. The headline results of the survey can be found below, with the full results featured at the end of the article.

- 90% of clients feel our fees and services are clear and easy to understand
- 87% of clients would recommend Bambridge Accountants to others
- 85% of clients feel our fees are good value
- 74% of clients are happy with the service Bambridge Accountants provide
Through the responses to the survey questions and additional comments we received really useful feedback of where we could make improvements and enhancements to our services. We have taken these suggestions on board and will be making a few changes as follows....
Main point of contact for clients
Many clients asked for a main point of contact within the team and we would like to introduce Caroline Vondy, Client Services Manager as the main point of contact for all Bambridge clients moving forward. Communicating with you....
We were delighted that so many of our clients commented that you like hearing from us (even if it is to be reminded to pay your tax bill!) and that you want to hear from us more! We have already started posting more regularly on the Bambridge blog and through social media so if you don’t already follow us on Twitter or Facebook please do so to be kept updated.
We will also be starting a regular e-newsletter with news, information, updates, tax tips and highlights from the Bambridge blog. The first edition will be coming out shortly so ensure to subscribe to our mailing list.
Refer a friend reward scheme
We were particularly pleased that over 95% of clients indicated that they would use Bambridge Accountants again, and that over 87% would recommend us to others. This is a great result but we want to do even better! As an added incentive, and a thank you to our existing clients, we have recently launched a Refer a Friend scheme which is already proving very popular. If you refer a new client to us we will reward you with LovetoShop gift vouchers. There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer to us and the more you do, the bigger the bonus!
